I think I'm going to take my therapist's advice and write a book about my anorexia. Perhaps it will help someone to get over this horrible disease, and I know it will help me as well. Does anyone have any tips as to what I should include? There are so many things to write about that I need to make a very long checklist, and I don't want to forget anything important.

You should just write whatever seems the most important to you. And maybe after you have more you can ask people to read it and have them point out anything you may have missed, but the body of the book should be what is important to you.

Okay, thanks--I'll keep that in mind. I'll try to not leave anything out, but making outlines helps this, so I should be okay.

Make sure to include what helped you get over it...what you thought of that cheered you up or certain things that people said that helped you. That way, you'll know what will make it better all the time! ^_^

Cool--great idea. I'll add "what helped me recover" (or something like that), and an "acknowledgements" chapter to my outline.
And thanks a lot!
