Fantasy. Definitely. Although I do love any nonfiction that reveals the true state of the environment, things the government is trying to hide from us...you know, all that wonderful stuff.

The Lord of the Rings


Part Two - Characters

Favorite Heroine:
Luthien Tinuviel (The Silmarillion) She's the most courageous person I know.

Favorite Hero:
Sam Gamgee, from The Lord of the Rings.

Favorite Sidekick:
Dragonbait the Saurial, from The Finder's Stone Trilogy (Kate Novak and Jeff Grubb)

Favorite Protagonist:
Treebeard from The Lord of the Rings. Although he wasn't one of the main characters, he's one of my favorites.

Favorite Antagonist:
Harry Potter, or maybe the Weasley twins

Character you "love to hate":
I'll have to go with Draco from Harry Potter

1984 by George Orwell...is that a drama?

A Wrinkle in Time, but I can't remember the author

Favorite Fantasy:
The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien

Favorite Romance:
Keep them away!

Favorite Historical Fiction:
The Dear America series

Favorite Non-Fiction:
A Language Older Than Words by Derrick Jensen

Favorite Childen's Book:
Round About Red Gate Farm (don't know the author). This used to be my favorite book

Favorite YA Book:
The Last Unicorn by Peter S. Beagle is a good one

Favorite Mystery:
Hmm...I used to like the Boxcar Children books

Favorite Short Story:
Well, there's a book of short unicorn stories called A Glory of Unicorns. I don't know which is my favorite, though.
