"Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives." [Feb. 13th, 2007|08:46 pm]

[Current Mood |annoyedannoyed]

Separated by routine we are all mourning, in parallel form, the same silent tragedies.
Beautifully said.
(I love working at a bookstore. It means that I can read the new Postsecret book from cover to cover when things are slow and pick up appropriate little quotes from between the pages.)(As an added treat, I've also been watching Fight Club.)

There may be a snow day tomorrow! If there is, yay: no class, time for homework, and being paid without going to work. Unfortunately though, no Ari and probably a boring-as-hell day stuck at my dorm. If there isn't, business as usual and a good possibility of Ari.

In other news, something in the dorm is mooing at regular intervals, and there's no one here but me. And it absolutely won't stop. WTF mate? I'm scared...I'm gonna keep my knife at hand in case it turns out to be something REALLY gnarly :P

Maybe it's the ghost of every hamburger you've ever eaten. Better pack some supernatural cud in case it tries to supernaturally trample you

A feral cow maybe? Seriously, dorm kids will bring the weirdest stuff home. (not you of course. Unless you count Ari as something weird...)

Haha, yes indeed they do.
And of course Ari's weird. People see him and ask me, "what is it??". I reply, "it's an Ari!!!"...then he proceeds to give them bowtie-tying lessons and talk about sporks.
