I'm much better today--thank you for all your comments to the last two entries--they really helped me. I don't know why I was so depressed, but I think it was stress. Tomorrow's the Ecology test so I hope it will go all right. I think that had a big influence on my depression--big amount of stress coming from that. And then there was the 22-minute 1 1/2 mile PE score, which made me feel horribly fat because last time I got 18 minutes. Not a big deal I know, but I'm supposed to be improving over time. Anyway, I apologize for the entries, but they made me feel better to write them. And new friends, I'm not usually depressed all the time (although it did seem like it from those two entries). I'm usually like I am now, or happier. Most of the depressions before this I was able to hide, but this one was too severe for that.
Anyway, I'd better stop talking about it. Today I need to pack for tomorrow, and get some homework done. I hope you all have a great day.

Dont hide. Masks are what brought us to this point in the first place. And you don't need to apologize for your posts. Be real, be you.

Very good point--I'll try not to hide.
And thank you--I'll also try not to apologize next time I write about depression. Being myself is important, especially in a journal.

It's alright to be depressed. It happens to all of us.

And then there was the 22-minute 1 1/2 mile PE score, which made me feel horribly fat because last time I got 18 minutes.

I am absoultely horrible at running. Never got any good scores when I had to run the mile. Kinda cheated and did 3 laps instead of 4. Annoying PE teachers don't realize that you don't have to get a great score on running tests to be fit. I wouldn't worry about it. :)

That's okay--that's much healthier than being the opposite. Right now I wish I could skip those kinds of classes without feeling guilty :)

then give up guilt. go on a no guilt diet or somethin like that. it'd probably feel good and be healthy.

Hey, I was there with her in the same class on the same day, and I got- *cough*- 32 minutes and 21 seconds. So she really shouldn't be worrying. And the PE teacher is actually cool with it. She just gets stressed about these things and doesn't realize that everybody has their off days. And everybody gets depressed. Don't worry so much, Amanda! And don't apologize for being depressed or angry, it's silly. If any of your friends have a problem with it then you don't want to be friends with them anyway. And don't they do depressed posts sometimes? It doesn't bother you, does it? Anyway I've said this before, but really, don't worry about it.

Thank you--I'll try to take your advice. Good point--it doesn't bother me at all when my friends post depressed entries. I mean it bothers me because they're depressed and that's not good, but not because they posted about it. I'll try to remember that too.

Thank you so much--I'll try to think along those lines, and I'll try not to worry about the depression or the PE score next time.

Thanks a lot--I did have a good day :)
Oh, apologizing is definitely not what I want to do--I've been meaning to save it for when I really need to apologize for a while now. I just seem to keep on apologizing though--oh well, something to work on, I guess. Anyway, I hope you had a good weekend, and thanks for the advice.
