THIS, ladies and gentlemen, is what goes through Amanda's mind when she's been studying Biology for waaaaaay too long. Enjoy! :D
SHE: I approve of the way your phenotypic traits express themselves. Somehow, they appeal to my instinctual urge to procreate.
HE: Well I'm male, and you're female...
SHE: *gasp!*..and since we're members of the same species...
HE: ...we have the potential to produce viable, fertile offspring! No reproductive barriers shall stand in our way!!
SHE: It was meant to be... Ohh, how I long to test out the superb evolutionary advantage of sexual reproduction, with you!!
HE: I will help to ensure that our offspring survive to adulthood (and therefore pass on our gametes to the next generation through genetic recombination). Dear, a part of us will live on, forever....
SHE: Ohhh, yes! We must make sure that natural selection acts in our favor! We must ensure that our own unique combinations of nucleotides do not leave the gene pool!!
HE: Plus, the physical act of genetic recombination certainly is an enjoyable activity.
SHE: Awwwwwww, I LOVE it when you talk dirty ;)
[They now genetically recombine (hubba hubba).]
THE END (w00t).
