More little subjects... [Nov. 21st, 2003|11:15 am]
[Current Mood |tiredtired]

I don't feel good--I have a blister on each foot from the evil trail on Wednesday. Plus, I just got back from PE.

Things aren't going too well, but I have faith that they will get better. For everyone.

The clock is ticking away above my head, and every day makes each of us a little bit older. Just my observation for the day, and I don't know if this is good or bad news.

I saw these little birds on the trail today that were quite pretty--they were speckled brown and gray with bright orange chests. And there were a LOT of them. Looks like a trip to the field guide for me, unless someone here knows what they are. Anyway, quite pretty little birds.

Today's my counseling appointment. I hope everything goes well. My therapist is going to discuss what she thought of my book--or rather, what I have of it so far. I have six printer pages, which in a book should be more--yay! But now I'm getting to the harder stuff, and finals are coming up...and, you get the idea.

I seem to have displaced my Ecology homework. I'm so organized, lol. But luckily I have an extra and I remember most of the answers.

The Dragonbone Chair is such a good book! I'd recommend it to everyone who likes fantasy. Or even for those who don't. Of course, I'm not even halfway through, but what I've read is great.

It's been so long since I've posted a quiz...I'll have to search and see what I find.

Well, Julian's now five years old. He liked his presents :)

I haven't commented on people's entries as much lately--I've been so tired. And so busy that I've hardly been able to sign onto Instant Messenger--I miss talking to everybody. And right now I can't because I'm at school.

Life is so hard, but I'm sure there's a point to all this. I just don't know what it is, and I'm not sure if anyone does.

And I think that's all for now.

Thank you so much--that quote is full of wisdom. And thanks--I'll tell him happy birthday from you. I got him a bear he had been wanting, and some soap with a moon and stars that I had made.
Anyway, I hope you have a good weekend!

Yeah, I really wish that I was. In fact, we were talking about that during Julian's birthday. He's at that age where there are no major worries for him, and there's nothing more he has to do than eat his vegetables or something like that...

I've found that i am usually happiest when i've managed to forget about the concept of time. I wish it would happen more often, but it seems like so much of life is there just to remind you of it.

I hope your foot feels better soon.

Me too, but it's just so hard to forget about time. Maybe if clocks hadn't been invented it would be easier, but then the world would be very different. But yeah, it's so nice to forget that time exists for a little while.
And thank you so much--it's a little better today.
